D. Pagan Communications interview questions

Applied online and was called within a week. Went into the office and met with two different people discussing my resume and my past job experiences. Heard back the next day.

The boss calls you and you set an interview time. The day of the interview you are called into the boss' office and are asked a series of questions about your experience (from talking with coworkers, the boss makes everyone feel like they are not qualified enough - most likely to lowball you on an offer). If the boss likes you, you are asked to participate in a writing exam when you write about a competitors product off a transcribe. After the written portion is complete, you meet with the VP of the company. After that you head home and wait for a call.
