Week 1: Phone call to setup a a phone screen with hiring manager. Week 2: In person with hiring manager, hr rep, and person who last filled position. Week 3: Met with the President. Week 4: I followed up to receive no response at all, after having in depth conversation with the hiring manager which MATCHED my background. Conclusion: The president seems to have the final say, but seems to be out of touch as to who they want to hire. I was capable of doing this job without any supervision and everyone saw that except him. This place is a waste of time and the hr rep made it clear its a very lean environment. Pathetic, don't bother to invest your time into a hiring process where a president is clueless as to the technicalities of the job you are doing. Everyone else I met was wonderful.
