Once you interviewed for potential direct managers, you get passed around to people in other dept's who don't even really want to partake, but it's an outdated aspect of company culture that should have ended years ago. they are busy and want it to be over and ask the same rote, why do you want to be here type questions.

They hire mostly people from the restaurant industry. Most of the questions are related to why you want to leave the restaurant business and what interested them in sales.
