The interview process consisted of my application, followed by two phone interviews and two virtual interviews.
The two phone interviews were conducted by an HR representative who gauged my interest in the position, my understanding of the role in which I applied to, and my personality in relation to the company culture/values.
The virtual interviews involved a more in depth conversation with upper and lower management to determine if I had the necessary communication skills, commitment, and personality for the role and to fit in the company.
