Cutover Software Engineer interview questions

I only had one phone screen interview with Cutover. I did not make it past the first round as they decided to proceed with other candidates. It was a little bit of a waste of time as there is no point in bringing someone in for an HR interview if the company will decline the applicant based on their resume anyway.
