      Sales Development Interview

      1 Aug 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Tempe, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Customer Lobby (Tempe, AZ) in Jul 2018

      Interview

Pretty straight forward. Scheduled a time for a phone call with a recruiter. The phone interview was pretty easy, she spent a lot of time telling me about the job and the office and she asked me why I am looking for a new job and what I was looking to make annually. I was invited to an onsite interview with the Manager. He was easy to talk to, he asked if I looked at the website and if I can explain what they do. He asked what drives me, where I want to be in 5 years, do I have good attendance and if I got the job when am I looking to start. I sat by a sales rep for a while after my interview so I could observe. I was invited to do a phone sales presentation on the phone a few days later where I would be trying to get past the gate keeper and set up a demo. After that, the recruiter called me a few hours later that day to tell me that I did great and wanted me to start in the next training which was in 3 days. I accepted the offer. Background check was required.
