Despite having the job posting listed online where resume and cover letters were submitted, I got there in person and had to fill out a handwritten packet of the same information. There were 3 other people there while the owner, Walter, read out my information in the package out loud. After answering his 2 questions in front of everyone, he told me to reach out to him the following week to see what he has decided on. Incredibly unprofessional.
