Received a call a day after applying inviting me to a Video call interview. The Interview questions were about what you think the job will intake. Past experiences at previous jobs/day in the life of your current job as well as Personality questions.

Interview
First stage of interview was fine, lovely woman conducted the interview and I felt it was good. Second stage interview wasn't even an interview.. The guy seemed in a rush and we basically talked about kids and life.. Nothing really about the job, I felt as if I was wasting his time. It was no longer than 10 mins and very informal.
