Cubitt and West interview questions

Interviewed for an administrator position for one of CW's affiliates, in their call centre. Role was taking calls and managing property repairs. Interviewer was very, unexpectedly offish, and kept asking questions related to my age. I was 19 at the time and I think she believed that I was underqualified or going to job hop based on that. Asked generic motivational and competency questions.
