Take home assessment for every pod separately, 5-6 interviews after on technicals. Deep dive into processes, past performance, expected fit with team’s strategy. Each interview lasts 1-2hours, non comp period and comp discussed very often in multiple interviews. Quick responses on scheduling next rounds, about 1 week per round.
Online assessment + interviews, online assessment was average difficulty, then matched to individual teams for interviews. The interview is a mixture of behavioral and technical questions, expect to answer some ml and math questions
Meet with several team PM, one of them proceed with a 1 week take home project, get rejected afterward. the whole thing took 1.5 months.
The take home project is open-ended data science project.
