Interview
Role: Power BI Developer
Interview Process: 4 Rounds
(1) HR Pre-screen
This round focused on career goals, mindset, cultural fit, and general background. The HR asked about expectations and motivations for applying.
(2) Take-home Assignment
You’ll be asked to create Power BI dashboards/reports using raw datasets provided by Cube. It’s a chance to showcase both technical and storytelling skills.
(3) Manager + Team Interview
This round explored your working style, how you handle failure and stress, approach to validating tasks, and managing client expectations. It also included a presentation of your take-home assignment, followed by questions on your motivations for joining Cube.
(4) Co-founder Interview
This was a more open conversation around long-term goals, career development, work-life philosophy, and your previous experiences. It focused on how well you align with Cube's values and vision.
