They have the first part of the interview with a call asking you behavioral Questions then set up a time for the second part which is the Technical Side side of the interview where you are asked a bunch of questions about your experience and what you are looking to do.

Nice HR-woman, innovative environment, but eventually I did not get the job. Main problems were lack of required programming skills. Still a good place, I would recommend it to anyone, the interview was worth it, hopefully i can come back later.
