Interview
le processus est composé d'un premier entretien fit avec un senior et un chef de mission. Le format est classique : présentation du parcours, motivation, etc. puis vient la préparation d'un cas d'étude présenté lors d'un dernier entretien avec le management.
One of the worst interviews I've been through. The interviewer did not introduce himself or try and build rapport. Showed no interest in my answers, he was more interested in getting through the questions. It seemed liked he had a late night the night before, he looked tired and the interview was an inconvenience to his day. It was very awkward. The interview was 1 on 1, no HR representative present. No notes were taken of my answers with no structured questioning. I have been given no feedback eventhough I have e-mailed the interviewer tha king him for his time and consideration and requested feedback from HR.
Questions revolved around providing detailed case studies based on my audit experience on my resume, which I felt was inappropriate considering he was asking about sensitive information about the company I still worked for.
