Interview
I want to share my experience to help fellow job seekers make an informed decision before investing time in this company's hiring process.
The interview cycle here is exhausting and demoralizing. What begins as a promising interaction quickly turns into a never-ending loop — multiple rounds, long waiting periods, and repeated "profile on hold" updates with no clear timeline or outcome.
After each round, expectations are kept deliberately high, only to end in rejection or indefinite holds. What's worse, they circle back weeks or even a month later — with a different panel or project — and ask you to repeat the final round all over again. This happened to me multiple times.
Out of curiosity, I reached out to their consultant and asked whether they had finalized even a single candidate after reviewing hundreds of profiles. The answer was a flat "No" — which says a lot about their internal alignment and decision-making maturity.
Key things to be aware of:
Singapore-headquartered company, new India setup in Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Roles may ultimately turn out to be 1-year contracts, which isn't communicated upfront
Management appears disconnected from the hiring pipeline
My advice: Unless you have nothing to lose, avoid getting caught in this loop. Your time, energy, and mental bandwidth are better invested elsewhere.

Question 1
Out of the Scope as PM / BA would have ever prepared - like;
What is Data Anonymization?
And they will say, we were looking for such a profile, yet they will themselves screen your profile before interview and shortlist and calls for F2F round.
