All was fine and expected until round 3, where I was asked alot of experienced hire questions e.g. How long is daily stand-up, how long do sprints last? What is a singleton class? Overloading vs overriding questions, thread-safe. Note that this role is for a traineeship role that offers 36K per annum and I was berated for not knowing this stuff when there is a dedicated 6 months training for this. Seems like the interviewer do not know what position he was interviewing for and he stated that he was simply nominated to interview me.
