There were just two quick interviews, all over Zoom. The purpose was mostly to get to know you and understand your background. There was nothing to trip you up or make you feel stressed.

The first round of interview is very friendly. The HR person is nice and welcoming. And based on the conversation, seems to be a nice team to work in. Waiting to see what next steps are.

Brief initial screen by Human Resources, followed by a series of interviews with leadership. Approximately 8 interviews in total, which is a lot, but there was great communication by the in-house recruiter all along the way.
