There are two short interviews. They're both straightforward and cover the topics mentioned in the job description. You'll need to come prepared with information on the latest topics in your industry and solutions to key pain points for companies in your field. Also, examples of how you've been an effective manager in the past.

Tell me about a time you handled a difficult employee. Can you tell me an example of how you developed younger talent's skills?
The first round of interview is very friendly. The HR person is nice and welcoming. And based on the conversation, seems to be a nice team to work in. Waiting to see what next steps are.

Interview
Brief initial screen by Human Resources, followed by a series of interviews with leadership. Approximately 8 interviews in total, which is a lot, but there was great communication by the in-house recruiter all along the way.
