Recruiter scheduled time, ghosted me. Tried to reschedule, I gave a second chance, then was ghosted again. Not sure what the deal is, for the so called "shortage" in the industry it's wild how unprofessional the recruiting team is.

3 months, 7 interviews, 1 assignment at home. 3 one on ones, panel just trying to get to 30 words here because this requires me to have 30 words to use this website. This is a ridiculous thing to do to people to use the service.

quiet simple, yet most of the decision they took were Questions mostly based on resume , though I answered all question and the interviewer quite positively replied to me and im sure i answered them all correctly but i guess my luck was not strong enough as someone with "more" cybersecurity proficiency would have got the opportunity...

straight forward but process itself was convoluted. a lot of extra fluff that didn't need to happen.too many cooks in the kitchen so to speak. otherwise it was fairly smooth
