Interview
The process was relatively painless. Emailed my info to the hiring person for the company and they reached out a few weeks later. The total interview process consisted of one or two calls and them making me aware while on the phone that they wanted me for the position. Getting the actual offer letter took a couple of months.

Interview
After making it through the phone screening, I met with three members of the legal team and one of their HR representatives. The interview lasted about an hour and was followed up with an online test to rate my abilities with Microsoft Office Suite.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CropLife America (Washington, DC)
Interview
Interviewed by a VP of HR and my potential department at the same time so the questions were quite different between the two. Whereas one was asking typical interview questions the other was asking about my experience and what I knew about the field. Friendly and comfortable, didn't feel surprised by the questions or tricked.
