      Associate Interview

      2 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CropLife America (Washington, DC)

      Interview

Interviewed by a VP of HR and my potential department at the same time so the questions were quite different between the two. Whereas one was asking typical interview questions the other was asking about my experience and what I knew about the field. Friendly and comfortable, didn't feel surprised by the questions or tricked.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What do you know about company? About pesticides? How do you feel about pesticides? Where do you see yourself in a group project? How do you feel about approaching higher-ups about a conflict?
