Cron-J Motion Graphics/Video Editor interview questions

Went through the interview rounds and submitted the assignment on time. No further updates for a month. Then I received a mail saying the position is on hold and will let you know as soon as the position opens. They didn't bother to mail everyone individually and added all the applicants in the group mail (140 plus individuals). Very poor management of interview process. I'd suggest not to give interviews for this company.
