I applied online. I interviewed at Critical Healthcare (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
I received an email from their "Talent Acquisition" member of the HR team. He expressed his interest with my resume and would need an immediate interview inbtye next 2 days. Well, as an applicant and currently searching for my next employer I, fortunately enough, had other interviews but could accommodate the last day availible. When I emailed him, I received nothing back. Complete radio silence from his end. The next day I received an email for another interview that day and my time was getting shorter for an interview. So I decided to call. He didn't answer of course and also didn't reply yo my second email hoping he was recieving my correspondence I decided to call for the 3rd time which he asked the HR person to tell me he will call me back when he can.
Of course after 5 failed attempts to reach out to him I decided to write a 3rd email. This is it
"I have to say it's probably the most unprofessional thing to do from a position of Talent Acquisition. Not only do you represent yourself as an employee of Critical Health Care, but you are the face of their business as well. In this day and age of Social Media and companies being open to any criticism with ANY representative of the company, I'm sure they wouldn't be too pleased with the way you handled our communication failure thus far. What I can't seam to wrap my head around is how a simple "We are not interested" email after 5 failed attempts to contact you, would have only taken just a few minutes. Instead you go completely ghost, after implying in your email that you needed to have an interview "immediately" in the next two days.
Now in order to rectify my disdain, I will be in contact of the HR department to let the know of my experience with you. Maybe just a bit more training in this professional process could do you wonders for your service you are providing"
Of course not even a response from that. I feel sorry for the person who takes that position. Looks to me there are some troubles ahead.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Critical Healthcare (San Angelo, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
There was no job interview. Completed a packet and that was it. They only asked where I would like to take a contract at. And what shift I wanted to work.
