Interview
1st interview with founder/CEO Ralph over Zoom, easy 30 min casual chat. Then invited me as one out of 7 candidates for a presentation, where we had to prepare answers to 17 questions, and present for 90 mins to the founder/CEO Ralph. I spent maybe half a work week preparing, we had a good chat, and he promised to let me know in 2-3 weeks - but 7 weeks later I found on LinkedIn that someone else had been hired. It is now 10 weeks since the interview. I have tried to reach Ralph several times over the past 5 weeks, firstly to hear an update of the process, and then later to get feedback on my presentation and why they haven't bothered contacting me after my significant effort. Really poor and disrespectful handling of candidates.
