I booked a meeting to have an initial conversation to understand the role better. However, the first interview was with the CEO, Ralph, who asked to record the interview, which was an uncomfortable start... There was no introduction to the role or team—we jumped straight into questions about me. While most questions were fine, the way they were asked felt off. Ralph focused heavily on the company size of a job I held two years ago, and I got the impression he was browsing their LinkedIn during my responses. At the end of the call, I had time for questions, and when I asked what the day-to-day may look like for this role, there was no clear answer. Anyway, I decided the role was not for me...
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crezco in Sept 2024
Interview
Initial interview with CEO/Founder, Ralph, over Zoom. Felt like less of an interview and more of a chat, had the opportunity to ask questions, overall a positive experience.
Ignore this bit: I'm just typing words for glassdoor's annoying minimum.

Interview
I had the first stage of an interview with the head of the department and a colleague from the same team. The experience was decent, and I answered all their questions. However, it's been several weeks with no follow-up communication. I even reached out myself after a week but received no response.
I find the lack of response disappointing, as I believe a company should have the courtesy to inform candidates of their status, regardless of the outcome. This lack of communication reflects poorly on their respect for a candidate's time and effort. In hindsight, I'm glad this opportunity didn't work out. Ghosting is never good.
