Very poorly run and had to reschedule initially. Interview consisted of 6 total rounds with an initial OA. The rounds consisted of an initial chat with the hiring manager, 3 technicals consisting of practical programming, DSA, and system design followed by leadership rounds. Made it passed the technicals and was ghosted after scheduling the final two interviews and then sent a generic rejection email.
After applying in linkedin i assumed an HR would reach out to me, but i got an automated mail asking me to complete a coding challenge instead, the challenge has a DS/algo problem , simple matrix problem disguised as wooden puzzle game, some css mcq questions , some sql joins, etc. I did a simple solution at first but i still had time left so i optimized it .
the a short email saying availability of next round, the next round was just recruiter call, which should have the been the first round, but i joined and talked about my projects, she told me about the next steps of the process, after the call there will be a ds algo round, some live coding etc, which was weird cause the position was front end engineer multiple rounds of ds algo is really unnecessary, but i was prepared anyway. Then 2 days later i got a mail saying i was rejected, no feedback or anything.
