Initially, I applied for an AM shift but was informed during the interview that only NOC shifts were available. This discrepancy was surprising and confusing. The interview process felt somewhat disorganized, as I had to refill an application form with information already provided to the recruiter. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked me to text the hiring manager to arrange the meeting, which seemed uncoordinated. The hiring manager was straightforward and professional, which I appreciated.
