Interview
First a 30-minute phone interview. After the phone interview, they invited me to the office for a panel interview. I also got a tour of the space at that time. They ended up telling me they changed the role so I was not a good fit.

Interview
Phone interview, then onsite interview at their offices. They also asked me to put together several ideas for company events and present them to the team. Given that I wasn't made an offer after this, I felt like they were fishing for free labor, which didn't feel great. They eventually told me that they were switching the role to Office Manager and needed someone with more experience.

Interview
Went through a phone screening during which I was asked to complete a creative assessment. The directions were vague, but I completed it anyway. Not only did I hear back, but the video I submitted was was never watched. Waste of time.
