Interview
First a 30-minute phone interview. After the phone interview, they invited me to the office for a panel interview. I also got a tour of the space at that time. They ended up telling me they changed the role so I was not a good fit.

They asked me to provide them with ideas for team events which felt like they were taking my labor for free
