Interview
I've found the ad online over the weekend and applied immediately with my CV and a cover letter. On Monday morning, I got a call from their HR inviting me for an interview for Tuesday.
It was a face 2 face interview with HR and team members from different project teams - in their main offices, which are very nice and buzzing with creative energy. It was an interview aimed at revealing my personality and experience. They knew how to ask questions in a way, that I couldn't BS my way through even if I wanted to. During the course of the interview, the people were changing based on what I told I was looking for - that agility was really refreshing. Eventually, I seemed to be most fitting into the insurance team who invited me for a bootcamp - which occured in the next 2 days.
At first, I was a bit skeptical about giving two days of my time away. But in the end, the bootcamp experience proved to be as valuable to me, as it was valuable for them. You get "real life" assignments, and either get hooked; or don't show up for day 2. At the end of the bootcamp, I was asked what specific areas I see myself fitting in. Essentially, they are asking you: what's the things you really want to do here?
I got an offer letter the next day, which I happily accepted. I started working for Creative Dock on 1st February, which was less than 2 weeks after first contact.
The interview was very thorough - you need to be passionate about what you want to do in order to survive. As a reward, people in Creative Dock are very adaptive and quick, they are looking to accommodate your strengths, outline the career of your dreams, and make it happen.

Interview
