      Not a single process in place Back office not working at all A lot of leadership but not very useful Incredibly bad strategy Un-ethical conduct left and right

      For some people, having the dog in the office is a plus. That's the only "plus" I can think of.

      Cons

      Disorganised, political, unethical, chaotic. Decided to leave as soon as I got another offer somewhere else.
