The process: HR Interview --> Technical Interview --> Test Assignment --> Feedback Firstly, I invested a significant amount of time in completing a two-day test assignment as part of the recruitment process. However, despite the final decision being based on the technical interview, it was disheartening to see that the test assignment seemed to be an unnecessary requirement, especially considering it was unpaid. This left me feeling undervalued and as though my time and effort were taken for granted. Furthermore, the lack of timely feedback from Creatio was concerning. The company failed to deliver the feedback within the promised timeframe and only provided it upon my request, several days after the interview. This unprofessional approach demonstrates a lack of consideration for candidates' time and a disregard for clear communication. In conclusion, I hope that Creatio takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their recruitment process. Candidates' time and efforts should be valued and respected, and timely communication is essential throughout the entire interview process.
