Creatella Frontend Developer interview questions

I applied to Creatella for remote react developer. I answered given interview question. For the question for expected salary I wrote $1000 per month. I recieved a follow up email that the amount was high for them and I should give another range for expected salary amount. I replied by giving amount of $700 per month. I haven't recieved an email from them. I am not sure how will they provide good services by hiring developers at such low price. After reading a review over here they may be expecting to hire developer less than $400 which is really shocking.
