I was called and set up a time for an in-person interview. The interview was very basic and casual-- they just want to get to know you. Dress in business casual.

They posted an ad regarding an available position. They responded to my resume submission within a few hours. I was invited for an interview the following day and was interviewed by two of the managers. An offer came in within a day.
