Crate and Barrel In Store Visual Merchandiser interview questions

The interview was pretty straightforward, questions were the kind where they ask you what you have done/would do in a given situation. Felt somewhat formulaic. One unusual thing was they basically talked me out of the job. I guess because I wasn't sure of the hours; they required you to work one weekend day every single weekend.
