      Project Manager Interview

      3 May 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Norwood, MA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Cramer (Norwood, MA)

      Interview

Long and unorganized. Interview late June . 2nd interview was in July and got rushed because the hiring manager was going on vacation that day. Didn’t hear back after 3 weeks until she returned. Was randomly asked to do a PM scheduling test that wasn’t previously mentioned during the process but was added. Was asked if I could start sooner and agreed.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cramer

      Interview

This was my second time interacting with the company. The first time, they reached out about a position, but then completely ghosted me without any follow-up. Given that experience, I was hopeful the interview process would be more transparent. However, it was much slower than expected, which caused momentum to fade and made it a frustrating experience. I wasn’t selected for a role I felt highly qualified for, and the reason for the decision was vague, with no additional feedback provided. The experience felt impersonal, and for a company in an industry that relies heavily on people skills, I expected a more engaging and professional interaction.

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cramer (Norwood, MA) in Feb 2012

      Interview

A phone interview was followed by several onsite interviews with 4-5 staff members each time. Staff seemed invested in the process and were fairly upfront in responses to direct questions about the workplace. The questions were standard "tell me about yourself" type questions and there was a lot of back and forth in each interview. Overall it was a pretty standard interview process and it seemed like a good place to work.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you led a team, a lot of variations of this. Nothing out of the ordinary or particularly uncomfortable was asked.

      Question 2

Describe a project you worked on from start to finish. Walk me through your resume.
