      Product Marketing Director Interview

      30 May 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Craft.io (New York, NY) in May 2022

      Interview

the interview process took over a month with an insane amount of coordination between three leadership persons including the CEO. I had individual interviews with each one, then a final one with all three. They made me do two separate projects that were both time-consuming and could be used whether I got the job or not. The CEO wasn't pleasant and was not happy with three separate battle cards I created with little no internal or product context and only google searching to provide some general SWOT assessment. Overall it was a giant waste of time and I felt exploited and happy that I dodged a bullet at the end.

      Question 1

How did you build out these battle cards?
