Typical hour long presentation with Q&A followed by multiple interviews. The key difference from every other company i ever interviewed at is they ask you to do a case study on their particular problem instead of your own work.
So if you aren't an expert in uterine biology and pregnancy, you will have to spend a large amount of time to learn it to make a descent presentation.
I found it odd, as you won't be an expert in the field so any in depth question they ask they should know the answer to. My experience is similar to the other poster, so beware. I wouldn't put in 20+ hours like I did, odds are they are mining multiple candidates for ideas.
People seemed friendly, I enjoyed my conversations with most people, co-founder still works int he lab and is quite sharp, it seems like it would probably be a good place to work if they hire you.
I see issues with them scaling their process and with automation, not sure if it is feasible. Questions were pretty basic.
