Interview
I had a phone interview with a HR person person which followed with another phone interview with the hiring manager. The question was about my CV, and my experience in operations research, data analytics, and algebra. After a few days, they asked me for an onsite interview. I was asked to prepare a talk about my research. Then, I had 3 or 4 different interviews which mainly asked about my interests and experience. Only in one of the interviews, the interviewer asked test type question to test my knowledge. The interviewers were nice. After 2 weeks I got an offer.

Questions about m-tsp, sorting algorithms, and develop a simple heuristic for a problem.

Interview
The process was of a standard screening phone interview, followed by an analytics task, before the final stage interview with the hiring manager and some of the team.
I did not get an offer, but the hiring manager asked me for a follow up call to discuss the decision as well as improvement points. That was probably the best rejection I have ever had. Excellent move which showed that there was actually a person caring about personal and professional development of the team, even if they would not be part of the team.
