Telephonic interview, the lady interviewing seemed okay. She asked me for an assignment and then ghosted me. After several follow-ups i got an reply saying they were going ahead with other candidates. I dont understand why they have to ghost people to waste their time, they could just clarify by either saying yes or a no.

Had an average interview, was asked to submit a pretty lengthy writing test, and then was subsequently ghosted! Even after sending multiple follow ups.
Don't waste your time, they clearly don't respect yours. :)
I spoke with two Coveteur employees during the interview process. I never heard anything back despite sending a follow up email. I completely understand if I wasn't selected, but I spoke with them for over 25 minutes, I just would have liked a status on my application.
