Interview
I really appreciated the openness and directness of the interview process at Coupa. After I submitted my resume I had a couple of phone calls with the hiring manager that were a mix of background / skill set questions and get-to-know-me / cultural fit questions. After the initial phone screens I came into the office where I had an interview with my VP and CEO (who was remote) to talk through the expectations of the position, what I could bring to Coupa, and what my plans would be beyond my original position description. My advice to other potential interviewers would be to come into these interviews prepared to demonstrate what value you can add to Coupa beyond just fulfilling the description on the req.

Question 1
After receiving a more detailed description of the job, the work load, and the expectations, i was asked "Why would you want to do this?" The implication being that being on the support team is a thankless job with long hours and no recognition.
