Cortiva Institute interview questions

Interviewed by Director and corporate manager of the department. Answer a series of interview questions. Tour the campus and meet the staff. The Director asked if it is something that peeks your interest. HR will email an offer letter.

It was a friendly interview with only one person, the Education Director. We discussed my own educational background, my previous teaching experience, overall philosophy on teaching, lecturing, class participation. I believe there was a standard state background check.
