They took 2 interviews in a span of 1 month. Then they asked for my refences. Called them. All the references were positive but they did not let me know anything after that. Another week went by, they kept silent. When I sent another follow up email, they said sorry we dont want to hire you.
Why did they make me wait for 1.5 months, made me do difficult interview assesement, contacted my referees? Then ghosted me. I had to follow up only to hear I was not hired !!
