Phenomenal staffing firm to work with for placement. Particular thanks to Anne Riddle, who was cordial and extremely responsive, and with me all the way. She really took the time to get to know me, and understood the importance of my fit with the company, but also the company's fit to me and my goals. Job description wasn't very specific, so instead of pounding a square peg in a round hole, she got to know my capabilities and worked with the client to ensure a match (and she sure made one, representing me very well!). She walked me through each step; although I'm more senior and am familiar, I really appreciated the reminders, and she did so in a respectful way. I really felt like she was teaming with both me, and the company, to bring us all together. Didn't just hide behind email or phone; leveraged Skype and met in-person as well. Well done! I had to take another position for an unrelated reason, but she arranged the chance of a lifetime for me!
