The recruitment process has been carried out very efficiently in all transparence, with every step clearly announced and completed like clockwork.
There were various rounds of interviews including not only the recruiter and the hiring manager that assigned a very interesting situational test to simulate the challenges of the role, but also some colleagues with the same role in other regions as well as key people from other departments / backgrounds / functions that were essential in the process, not only because they were asking challenging questions, but also because they shared a lot about the culture and the values of the company.
Once the process was closed, the next steps were also handled very diligently with a lot of follow up and feedback.
