      Interview

Arranged WebEx meeting , laughing and mocking on the call after the answer is given Lacks professionalism . Interviewers themselves doesn't the answers properly. If you guys doesn't like a resource reject them rather than shaming them on the call itself and that too they forgot to mute the microphone .

      QA Analyst Interview

      26 Feb 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Santa Monica, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (Santa Monica, CA) in Feb 2016

      Interview

30 min. phone interview came first. After passing that, in-person interview was scheduled for 2.5 hours. I met with five individuals: a manager, a second manager, and then three members of the QA team. The questions were generally about experience, and a few specific ones related to processes. They seemed mostly concerned about how well one would fit in their fast-paced environment -- dealing with unpredictable change, or sudden unplanned requests, etc. Overall, the interview was a fairly friendly, comfortable process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you be able to respond with changes in the plan, or new requests with a short deadline?
      Answer question
