The client success team interview process starts with an online HireVue interview, progresses to a phone interview with a recruiter, next moves to a group of manager interviews, and finalizes with a presentation to the group.

So far, the process is discouraging. They are always taking applications for a talent pool and that means there may be no open positions. I really want to work for this company because I love it but I don't have any real feeling if I have a shot at it or not. I have followed up several times but now I feel like I am being a pest. I really don't know what the outcome will be!
