after submitting cover letter and resume, I got invited to do a 4 hour writing test but heard nothing back after. they dont send you confirmation emails after submitting your cover letter

Was selected for a 4-hour writing test, and then a week or two later was selected for an interview. I finished the writing test under three hours. The task was to write a one page press release, and two tweets from the perspective of a company Cornerstone represents.
