Interview
Frustratingly Slow and Unprofessional Hiring Process.
I recently went through an interview process, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a hiring team. Their recruiter had reached out to me directly to interview for the role.
From the start, communication was painfully slow. Recruiters would take weeks to respond to emails, and every step of the process was dragged out unnecessarily. After my initial interview, I was told I’d hear back within a week—two weeks passed, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a vague response. Each stage felt like it was stuck in limbo, with no clear timeline or updates.
A hiring process should be efficient and respectful of candidates’ time. Instead, this one felt disorganized and inconsiderate at best.
If this is how they treat prospective employees, I can only imagine what it’s like working there. In the end, I withdrew my application, and honestly, I don’t regret it.
Companies that can’t handle basic communication during hiring aren’t worth the effort. Wouldn’t recommend applying unless you have endless patience for waiting.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coralogix (Boston, MA) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was a very seamless interview experience. Met with a few different Team members and answered some in depth questions about myself, as well as my previous job experience and how I handled my book of business.
