After completing the form you would get an email of successful advancement to the next stage. This stage then required a pre-recorded video interview with various prompts. If you were successful in that you would be invited to attend a group interview, where they had little games and questions asking how you would handle situations.
The interview was via Zoom, and lasted about 10 - 15 minutes. It was very casual and friendly. I spoke a bit about myself, why I wanted to work there and my previous relevant experience.
