Convertex India interview questions

1st telephonic and 2nd F2F interview. This is the worst interview I ever had . I went there by spending 2 hrs travelling and then had 1st and 2nd round , the 2nd round has taken by marketing person not the hr one and he thinks like he is prime minister of the nation. He was so so rude and so disgusting person. He even doesn't know how to talk to a female and how to talk to a candidate in the 1st meeting if you are a marketing person right? and if you don't know salary negotiation is the part of hiring process then stop your hiring, I asked him for the salary negotiation, but he was saying me like( I am not sitting in the vegetable market to ask for change of Rs 200-500. If you want to work , no one will give you 40% hike even if you are good ) as you are a marketing person, you should know about the market right? And the worst part is , they were not looking for the HR Executive, they were looking for the office attendant who will take care of their chai-paani in their small office.
